It Started With Not Knowing What to Do Next

Like every Pre-CAA, we were trying to piece together an application with no clear guidance. No centralized roadmap. No consistent standard for preparation. As we stepped into the CAA profession, we noticed something important: students were motivated, capable, and eager, but often left navigating the process confused and alone. Rather than accepting that reality, we chose to build what we wished existed: a clearer, more structured path for students preparing to enter the profession.

Walking the Path Before Teaching It

The mission was simple: get into our dream CAA school on the first cycle. But we weren’t the “perfect” applicant: No 4.0, sub-300 GRE, no early admission advantage. Everything on paper said we shouldn’t get in. Everything inside said we’d find a way. So we built a system step-by-step, used it on our own application… and earned an Acceptance and a Waitlist.

The First-Ever Pre-CAA Roadmap

With an acceptance secured and school approaching, I saw a problem I couldn’t ignore. I created the first step-by-step Pre-CAA application roadmap to give future applicants the clarity and structure I had to fight for, helping them prepare with intention rather than guesswork, from the decision to apply through acceptance and beyond.
